Ate Marita’s Liang Mien (Cold Noodle) House

As the name says, Ate Marita’s Liang Mien (Cold Noodle) House serves liang mien (cold noodles), a traditional Taiwanese dish. At the same time, it also offers Philippine favorites like adobo, embutido, tapsilog, and more! The restaurant is owned by Marita Casuga Hsu from the Philippines, whose passion for cooking led her to establish a restaurant serving food from both countries.

Ate Marita’s Liang Mien (Cold Noodle) House is situated in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City. Aside from having a regular menu, the restaurant also offers “party” packages that include pansit, Filipino-style spaghetti, lumpiang gulay, cordon bleu, chopsuey, menudo, leche flan, and other dishes that may be requested by the customer.
